Mr. Ross Down is a senior Psychology teacher and Student Wellbeing Coordinator at Sandringham Secondary College. He is also co- authored  Psychology textbooks and has held a senior position of responsibility with the VCAA and co-organised the Annual Psychology Teachers' Conference for the past 20 years.

Mr. Roger Edwards is a practising Psychologist, text-book author and former senior Psychology teacher.  He has heldsenior positions of responsibility with the VCAA.  For the past ten years he has been involved with lecturing and supervision of postgraduate students in psycholgy programs at Monash University.
