Our Professional Standards clarifies the values and standards that we work to as a high quality provider of VCE revision program.

4. The VCE revision materials are only made available to students or teachers who attend our VCE Revision programs.
5. Our VCE revision programs will be held at strategic times during the year. The timing of the programs will allow our presenters to maximise student understanding of the subject matter.
6. The timing of the VCE revision programs will provide the optimum time frame for students to apply what has been learnt during our VCE revision programs in their study at home before sitting the externally assessed examination.
7. We will strive to keep ticket prices as low as possible.
8. The facilities we use will be of the highest standard available in Victoria ensuring that students experience a comfortable learning environment that contains a full suite of electronic resources which are available for our presenter to maximise the learning experience for students and teachers.
9. All enquiries by telephone, email, sms, fax of mail will be responded to promptly and professionally. We aim to respond to all enquiries immediately but if that is not possible, we will respond within one working day.
10. All ticket purchases will be processed and posted to the purchaser within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase request.
